  • Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

Your beef will arrive in an insulated box with ice pack(s) to keep everything cold during transit. For the best quality and food safety, we highly recommend being home on the day of delivery so you can bring your order inside right away. Please transfer the beef to your freezer as soon as possible after it arrives to maintain peak freshness and flavor.

  • How frequently are orders shipped, and when can I expect delivery after placing my order?

We process orders for this bundle within 1-3 business days, with shipments dispatched only on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to ensure the meat stays below 40°F and arrives fresh. Because orders are shipped in controlled batches, delivery can take 1 day from shipment, but up to 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
