Our Subscribe & Save program delivers bundles at your chosen frequency with a 5% discount and free shipping. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties or fees. Please note that due to market inflation, beef bundle prices may fluctuate, and any adjustments will be reflected in your upcoming orders. Ensure all subscription changes are made before your next billing cycle.

We ship our local Iowa meat to all 48 continuous states. Your order travels directly from our locker in Milo, Iowa to your doorstep. Here is how it works.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the lower 48 United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Rates
- Bundles and Subscriptions: All official website bundles and subscription orders qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Orders: For all other purchases, we charge a shipping fee of $2 per pound.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once your order is placed, our team will update you on its status within one business day, Monday through Friday.
To ensure your order arrives safely below 40°F, we use 2 day delivery and only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend warehouse delays. What to expect after ordering:
- Status Updates: Sent within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
- Dry Aged Beef: Fulfilled within 24 hours and shipped during our Mon–Wed window.
- Dry Aging Beef: If your selection is still aging, we will email you an estimated fulfillment date (maximum 10 days).
4. Packaging
All meat is vacuum sealed, wrapped in butcher paper, frozen, and packed with ice packs in insulated containers designed to keep the package below 40°F throughout the entire 2 day transit. Your order may arrive thawed, but please rest assured that our packaging has been rigorously tested in hot summer conditions to ensure the temperature remains safe for consumption. Please transfer your meat directly to the freezer upon arrival.
5. Delivery Days
We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your order does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday or later typically ship the following Monday.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Missed Deliveries
Because our shipments contain perishable products, we recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Milo Locker Meats is not responsible for spoilage caused by packages left unattended for extended periods.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Every cut is dry aged, vacuum sealed, frozen, and inspected prior to shipping. We will review your situation and guide you through the next steps.
2. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the meat has been opened or consumed. This policy ensures the safety and quality of the products we provide to all our customers.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

4. Order Cancellations

5. Refund Processing

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Report any shipping issues within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

- Products that have been opened or consumed (unless there is a quality issue).
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages left unattended at the delivery address and subsequently spoiled.
