We started as a small locker in Milo, Iowa, and that's exactly what we still are. No corporate supply chains, no shortcuts. We work directly with a 7th-generation family farm where the farmers grow their own cattle feed and know every animal by name. That kind of relationship shows up in every bite.
Our Angus-cross beef is dry-aged 14 or more days for deep, natural flavor, then hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and immediately frozen to lock in freshness. USDA inspected and graded Choice and Prime. We've been serving Midwest families for over 70 years, and we take that responsibility seriously.

How long will the meat stay good in the freezer?
Because our meat is vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness, it will maintain its quality for 12 months in a standard freezer, though we suspect it will be eaten much sooner than that!
Where is the meat sourced from?
All our meat comes from local Iowa farmers within 50 miles of our facility who raise livestock with respect, outdoors on open pasture. We handle all the butchery ourselves in Milo, IA, to ensure the highest standards from farm to table.
Is the meat free from hormones and antibiotics?
Yes, all our beef and pork is hormone-free and antibiotic-free. Our partner farmers follow strict natural protocols to ensure the healthiest and most flavorful product possible. We believe great meat starts with responsible farming.
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
No, you don't need to be home. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your meat frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery, giving you plenty of time to get home and transfer it to your freezer.
