Every cut is vacuum-sealed at peak freshness right here in Milo, IA, then shipped frozen directly to you. No middlemen, no warehouse stops. Nationwide orders ship Monday through Wednesday in insulated packaging with ice packs at $1.75/lb. We ship early in the week so no package sits over a weekend. Delivery is typically 1-2 days.

Yes. Our pork comes from a Warren County family farm that raises Duroc-cross hogs on a 100% vegetarian diet with no added hormones or steroids. Clean pork, raised right. The way it's been done for generations.
You have two local options: Free Local Pickup at the Milo Locker (select at checkout, ready in 24 hours), or Des Moines Area Delivery for $25, delivered Thursday or Friday.
We recommend being home or having someone available to receive your order, as it ships frozen and should go into the freezer promptly. That said, the insulated packaging with ice packs is designed to keep everything frozen for several hours after delivery in most conditions.
Because our sausage is vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness, it will maintain its quality for up to 12 months in a standard freezer. Though we suspect you'll go through it much faster than that.
